At RMT Institute, we believe that massage therapy is more than a profession — it’s a calling. Founded on the idea that healing should be accessible, compassionate, and professionally taught, our school was created to empower the next generation of massage therapists with the knowledge, skills, and heart to change lives.
RMT Institute was born from a passion for healing. After years of working in the health and wellness industry, our founder saw firsthand the powerful effect massage therapy has — not only on clients, but on the therapists themselves. Whether someone was seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply needing a space to relax and reset, massage became a bridge to well-being.
Our mission is simple: to train, support, and inspire individuals who are ready to start a fulfilling career in massage therapy — a career that blends purpose, flexibility, and financial stability.

Jenn Christian graduated from the Flint School of Massage Therapy in 2001.

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2012 — that’s 13 amazing years in the wellness world! My journey started in Adrian, Michigan, and it’s been a passion ever since. 💆♀️✨

Before I began my journey as a massage therapist, I was a hairdresser at MasterCuts. Helping people feel their best has always been a part of who I am — I just switched from scissors to healing hands!

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outside soaking up the fresh air. Whether it’s a walk, a quiet moment in nature, or just feeling the sun, being outdoors helps me recharge and stay grounded. 🌿
